The Top 3 Kettlebell Training Benefits
What are the kettlebell training benefits you’ll see once you start swinging a kettlebell?
Here are the top 3:
1. You’ll save time.
2. You’ll save your joints.
3. You’ll save money.
Yeah, I know – they weren’t quite the benefits you might have thought of. So let’s take a closer look.
1. You’ll save time.
Here’s the deal – Time is your only non-renewable resource. What’s that mean? It means that once you spend it, you can never get your time back. So, if you’re looking to get in great shape – lose fat, get a flat stomach, firm and tone your legs, or whatever, you don’t want to waste your time trying to do that with boring exercise routines and stupid exercises that don’t work.
And, if you’re like me, you probably hate being stuck in traffic so driving to and from your local health club isn’t necessarily the greatest use of your time either.
Of course the only thing worse than that is when you get to your health club and the machines you want to use are being taken. Now you have to wait around to get your workout done. Again, wasting time. Can’t you just feel your stress levels increasing? I can even as I write this…
Why not just work out in the comfort of your own home – maybe in your living room, your basement, or even in your back yard? Kettlebells and kettlebell exercises enable you to do just that. You can achieve your fat-burning goals from the comfort of your own home without wasting time driving. Using kettlebells, you can get a great workout in only 20 minutes. Even if your drive to your health club is only 10 minutes each way, you could save that time by working out at home.
2. You’ll save your joints.
I’m always amazed at how much pain runners look like they’re in when they’re running. Do you know what I mean? I’ve rarely seen a runner smiling or laughing while running. And there’s good reason for that – 70% of people who run get injured running. And as one of the most familiar, if not most popular forms of getting in shape, running is murder on your joints. I can’t tell you how many runners and former runners have foot, ankle, knee and lower back injuries all from running.
Now here’s something you may not know – when you’re body is in pain, it’s hard to lose weight. In fact, when you exercise in pain, you’ll most likely GAIN weight. This is for many reasons, but primarily it has to do with the relationship between inflammation and the other hormones in your body.
Why not save your joints, stop running, start using a kettlebell, and start seeing the wonderful kettlebell training benefits like losing weight, a smaller waist, flatter stomach and less joint pain?
3. You’ll save money.
Of all the kettlebell training benefits, this has got to be one of the best ones!
How much does it cost you in gas to drive back and forth to you health club? How much are those fancy, high-tech workout/running shoes? What about your exercise clothing? What about monthly health club dues? Not to mention any extra “add-on’s” to that membership…
Yeah, you can save on all that when you buy just one kettlebell and start using it from the comfort of your own home. Plus, you can spend the money you save on clothes you really want and save money by driving less and reducing the wear and tear on your car.
If these top 3 kettlebell training benefits don’t encourage you to pick up a kettlebell and start your kettlebell training today than I’m not sure anything will!
